Liz Barbour, BICWA Operational Manager, will be showcasing the science and a system that offers adulteration security and a marketing opportunity for WA's high-value monofloral honey. Already there are signs of the mislabelling of honey as Jarrah, and this system will allow the protection of this honey, as well as our other iconic honey types. With our mono-floral honey gaining in value, they are susceptible to adulteration so we need to be proactive to sustain customer confidence.  Don't miss this opportunity to join the conversation and stay at the forefront of this innovative research.
