Beekeepers Breakfast - 'Can we still make honey in Autumn?' with David Leyland

Let's Connect invites you to a beekeepers breakfast with David Leyland, owner and keeper of BeesNeez 

David Leyland has been keeping bees for 40 years, not giving away his age but a wealth of knowledge with the beekeeping community when he talks about, 'Can we still make honey in Autumn?'

This is your opportunity to hear from an experienced beekeeper about Autumn honey harvest and what to look out for in the coming month, preparing your bees for Winter. 

And, of course, we are inviting you for a catch-up with fellow beekeepers for a yarn. 

So, come along before we break for the weekend,  get engaged, ask questions and connect with your Community! 

HOW TO FIND US:

Travelling on Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood, turn into Resort Drive, Camfield Drive at the lights to Crown Towers. Park your car in the first car park to your left, straight after you turn into Resort Drive. There is plenty of parking. We will be set up under a gazebo near the Swan River, signalised with the BICWA banner.

TICKETS:

The ticket price for this breakfast is

$20 for BICWA members

$25 for non-members

The ticket includes; bacon & egg brekkie burger, fresh fruit platter, muffins, tea and instant coffee.

Alternatively, grab your freshly brewed coffee on your way to the park. There are a couple of outlets along Great Eastern Hwy.
