beekeepers breakfast &  update by Mikey Cernotta on the newly released DRAFT Forest Management Plan (FMP) 2024 - 33

Mikey Cernotta, BICWA Resource & Biosecurity Chair, has been actively engaged as an Industry representative, beekeeper and forest enthusiast during the consultation phase with the Department for Biosecurity, Conservation and Attractions, establishing the DRAFT FMP. The DRAFT has now been released to the public and invites feedback by 18th December.  The link below will take you to the DRAFT:

HOW TO FIND US:

Travelling on Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood, turn into Resort Drive, Camfield Drive at the lights to Crown Towers. Park your car on the first carpark to your left, straight after you turn into Resort Drive. There is plenty of parking. We will be set up under a gazebo near the Swan River, signalised with the BICWA banner.

The ticket price for this breakfast is

$20 for BICWA members

$25 for non-members

The ticket includes; bacon & egg brekkie burger, fresh fruit platter, muffins, tea and instant coffee.

Alternatively, grab your freshly brewed coffee on your way to the park. There are a couple of outlets along Great Eastern Hwy.
