
Farm Business Resilience Program
The 2025 BICWA Farm Business Resilience Program is now underway.
Funded by the Western Australian Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund, this program is designed to support and strengthen the beekeeping industry.

Two blocks of two-day in person workshops over June and July:
Day 1: Strategic planning for your business
Day 2: Benchmarking and financial data driven decisions
Day 3: Innovation and planning for climate challenges
Day 4: Building personal and social resilience

In addition to attending the workshops, participants also receive one-on-one business coaching to support the development of their own tailored Farm Business Resilience Plan.
